How to Wash Linen Clothing ?

Many people are quite worried about washing linen clothing.Here are some tips for you,hoping to give you a hand.

1 choose Alkaline detergent:linen is alkali resistance,so the alkaline detergent can make the surface smooth,soft and flat,what’s more,it can protect the fabric’s own color.

2 the washing temperature shouldn’t too high:linen is with poor color fastness,the high temperature can make the clothing fade,outflowing the bright color(if it is a bright color).In generally,it should below 35℃.For its poor color fastness,the colorful linen clothing should not be exposed in the sun,to avoid fading.                   

3 Light rubbing and never wringing:hand wash is the best way to clean the linen clothing,of course,you can scrub gently with a soft brush at the same time.You should always avoid wringing,or you clothing may lose its own shape and texture.Be careful.

　4 Processing the spot as soon as possible:the the fiber structure of the linen fabric is stiff and sparse,and the poor cohesion,easy to form stubborn stains.It is alkali resistance,however,only if the clothing is nature color or white that you can use diluted bleach solution,otherwise,you should never use the diluted bleach which can wreck your linen clothing.Once you have found the stains,you should use the water to clean it as soon as possible,then you can use a dry towel to wipe it.
